Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return and ship your item back.

To request a return, contact us at contact@happilymeboutique.com. You will then receive an email containing instructions on how and where to send your item back. Return shipping cost will be paid for by the customer. Once we have received and inspected your item, we will email you letting you know if your item is eligible for return. If approved you will receive an email containing a discount code for the original purchase price of the product, shipping not included. All refunds will come in the form of Store Credit, we do not offer money back returns or direct exchanges. We accept all returns that meet these requirements: Original Tag is in place and has not been removed or reinstalled, Item shows no signs of wear, use, or washing. Item was shipped back to Happily Me Boutique within 14 days of the packages Initial Delivery to customer. We will not accept any items that have makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any other stains or fragrances..

Non-Returnable Items: All Sale Item sales are final, we will not accept returns on any item bought on sale.
